Terms of use

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use OpenREPL. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.

The service

OpenREPL lets you run code in interactive REPLs and an editor in your browser. It is free and may change, pause or stop at any time. Current limits include:

Acceptable use

Use OpenREPL to learn, test and share code. Do not use it to:

We may end sessions, delete workspaces, suspend or close accounts, or block access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

Your code and content

You keep the rights to the code and files you create. You are responsible for them and for anything you run. When you share a session link, anyone with the link can see your terminal and editor and type into them, so share it only with people you trust. A code link is a copy of your editor's code that anyone with the link can read, and it stays available until we remove it, so don't put secrets in code you share.
